Pretty strong tangerine flavor. Sometimes, fruit ciders have a hint of it in with the cider. Not here. Tastes citrusy enough to cure scurvy.

Smells sour, tastes tart. So sharp that when it hits the roof of my mouth I feel it in my nose! As others have commented, more of a lemon taste than apple. Very distinctive.
