I agree with another reviewer’s observation about the deep caramel aroma and flavor. This makes me think of French ciders, but dry … a memorable cider.

Pale gold colour, moderate fizz and clear. Strong green apple aroma and gooseberry. Plums and passion fruit in the flavour. Not certain but I think Braeburn is pretty prominent.
