Clear, pale golden, medium dry. I prefer the 6% traditional dry, but this is very good for the strength.

Nice dry cider with fresh blackberry edge. Low fizz, so nice with a meal. Freshing taste and no lingering tart or acidity tones.

Golden colour, clear with light fizz. Very light aroma, possibly of pears. Mineral in the flavour. Can drink it but it’s a bit sugary sweet and I wouldn’t want another.

Amber coloured, heavy ish turbidity and light fizz. Single variety cider from teo vintages. Ripe apple and a little smoke in the aroma. Rich, full mouthfeel with orange, peat and spice.
