Really quite sweet. I get the honey and not much more. Nice to sip, but I would see this more of an appertif than a drink by the pint.

The pear taste is fairly prominent, with some of the typical perry bitterness. Nice character, good flavor, not overpowering. Overall I find it a well crafted perry, would drink again.
