Clear light copper colored pour. Moderate to heavy carbonation. Moderate musty aroma. Very nice juicy apple taste that has a hint of caramel and orange peel along with some nice orchard/earth notes. Moderate tannins. Light to moderate tartness. Bright acidity. Dry.

The pour was a clear peachy gold with medium effervescence. The aroma was apple with some phenolic notes. The taste was dry to off-dry apple with some tart but more astringent forward. The finish was long astringent and phenolic. It has a medium mouthfeel. I really enjoyed it. Well balanced with notes of apple and just enough acid. I like dry astringent ciders and this was an excellent example.
