The pour is a clear light gold with high effervescence. The aroma is slightly phenolic apple. The taste is very complex. It is semi dry apple with some tart and sour notes. The mouthfeel is dominated by the carbonation. The finish is astringency acidic, and ends with a phenolic and sour note. The finish is medium to long. I had this with a homemade Quattro Formaggi pizza and the domination was awesome. Love the balance of everything in the cider without it being overwhelming. The carbonation seemed to bring it all together. Buy it if you find it.
