Slightly odd yellow colour, no haziness and fizz you see gently but doesn’t come through in the drink. Strong apple aroma with some very mild wood. Very fruity to taste with some wood and plum in the background. This is fresh and light and very drinkable.

Pale golden, with an aroma combining apple skin and light wood. Fresh, crisp, fruity flavour, becoming lightly tannic in the aftertaste along with a touch of apricot; light oak in the finish. Light and refreshing, with some good complexity. Quite sessionable, and a really pleasant drink.
