Golden Years Chisel Jersey

Golden, clear with light fizz. Oak and ripe fruit aroma. Wood in the taste but also very smooth and almost creamy. Dry and tannic finish.

Rich golden colour, with an aroma of overripe fruit, and light touches of sweet funk and oak. Buttery and ripe, becoming tannic in the aftertaste, with a little wood and plum, and light alcohol burn. Somehow just too rich and ripe for my preference, but easy to drink, and would accompany a creamy cheese, white or blue, comfortably.

Beautiful cider from Somerset, light and crispy, but with a wonderful subtle apple taste. Could drink this all day, but at 6.7% probably not.
