Fair hay color with a faint sweet scent, light effervescence that lingers briefly leaving a tart sensation.

I wish I had something pithy to say about this cider. It's fine. It's cider. I had it in a can and it tastes like canned cider. It neither offends me or excites me. Would I by it again? Not likely.

One of my favorites. Their pear cider is a very nice change of pace too.

Had a bottle of this great cider in Mendo on.a road trip up the CA coast. Since this is made in Sebastopol, I guess it counts as local. Overall, we really liked this cider. We generally prefer sweeter cider, but are finding that many “dry” ciders fit our flavor profiles very well. This is.an easy drinker with a clean taste and not too fruit-forward. Would drink again.

Ace’s most award-winning cider. Relatively dry and champagne-like. Light straw color and very lightly carbonated.

Clear pale colored pour with minimal carbonation. Light apple aroma. Taste is tart with a bit of honey flavor to sweeten it out. Can also taste some citrus, ginger and apple flavors.

Accorded to be European and champagne in style as a strong dry cider. It’s has some apple aroma on the nose and is a very pale straw color with a good amount of carbonation. You get a nice dry finish with some acidic pop from the carbonation. I was expecting a more amber hue and tannins when I read dry and European but that is how my brain works. Overall, it has a nice balance to it. Not too acidic with a nice bubbly finish and aroma. I’d recommend it if you like sparkling white wines. The label just wouldn’t make me think of that!

It’s ok for an off the shelf semi-dry cider. I would not call it a real dry. It has a slight funk to it that leaves a bit of an aftertaste. It’s the only dry in this bar, so it will do.

Shared a bottle of this with a couple of friends tonight. It's quite light, and pleasant tasting at first, but then there was an almost metallic aftertaste, right before the swallow. Makes no sense as it's in a glass bottle, but the flavour was as if it was in a can for years. Not my favorite. :-(

Ace Joker is one of my favourites. At only 3 grams of sugar, it's quite dry and tart. I enjoy this as an everyday kind of cider and it's easily accessible via Total Wine & More on my way home from work. This far, everyone I know who has tried it has loved it.

Tasty! Reminds me a lot of champagne, although not very sparkling. Nice high acidity, tartness, and astringency with a touch of funk or more so mustiness. I picked up some heavy citrus notes. All in all a great dry commercial cider (which is rare).
