Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle.
Cloudy, dark amber in colour, with a sawdust and old wool aroma.
Tangy apple flavour, with soft tannins, and a citrus peel finish.
Drinkable and enjoyable (let's just say that I rattled the whole bottle over the course of a film, after work), despite the gasiness, with a more rustic character than I would have expected from a Tom Oliver bottle-conditioned cider.
