Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle, though it is only lightly carbonated from the bottle-conditioning.
Cloudy yellow, with a pungent aroma of ripe pear, oak, sawdust, and funk.
Rich, buttery fruit flavour, developing mild tannin and oak in the aftertaste, with, perhaps, a little marzipan in the finish.
Complex, subtle, and well-balanced. Very drinkable, and eminently sessionable, given the low alcohol content. Tom Oliver at the top of his game, and well worth a try.
