I love foraged ciders (see my review of Lost and Found). This doesn't disappoint. I agree with the idea that you don't do anything special to a foraged cider, just ferment it and drink it. The only thing separating this and Lost and Found is the inconsistent sips that I am getting, with the flavors not being the same each time, most being delightful and pleasant.
