Deep, rich red in colour, with an aroma of plum, cloves, and vanilla. The flavour is of plum, with a heavy spice aftertaste, which intensifies on the palate, dominant in cloves. Pleasant fruited cider, with the spices adding complexity. This could easily be served warm.
