Bourbon Peach Cider

The pour is a clear dark peach with medium effervescence. The aroma a fruity apricot and peach.the taste is semi sweet peach and vanilla with acid and a note of bourbon. The finish is medium tart, astringent, that bourbon lingering on. It has nice mouthfeel with a lot of sugar but is really well balanced and quite good. I enjoy it.

Good find, I was a little skeptical of the combination (peach and bourbon?!?), but it works well. Its got a bit of funk, and the peach flavor is not overwhelming. Clean finish, would drink again.

I like this a LOT. It's got an earthy flavour that's quite rich. You can taste the peaches and a definite hint of a harder liquor-such as....oh I know- Bourbon! Quite yummy.

A draft-only bourbon barrel aged peach cider. Hazy lemonade hue. Smells of bourbon, peaches, and pineapple. Semi-sweet to semi-dry. Hints of boozy bourbon (but not overpowering) and peach & pineapple notes. Yum! Moderate flavor intensity. Low apple flavor. Medium to high sessionability. I'm a fan of bourbon barrel aged ciders, but often they tend towards being overly boozy, harsh, dry, etc...this one was tasty and easy to drink. Update: Summer seasonal in bottles since 2017, but I first found it in 2018. The recipe seems exactly the same, which is great.

I really enjoyed this even though I'm afraid of peach flavored things due to a bad peach flavored experience. The bourbon makes this very interesting. Reminds me of what my friends and I in high school would have snuck into the Rocky Horror Picture Show for a nice tipsy Time Warp.

Good balance between light bourbon and peach.

Nice and peachy. Quite drinkable, though in moderate quantities. The bourbon taste is quite subtle.
