About them: "Co-Founder of Northern Delaware's first and only cidery ----------- Liquid Alchemy Beverages. We use local ciders from Delaware and Pennsylvania to make 2 very unique, more European style ciders that are higher in ABV than usual (7.5-8%), but have a very smooth, vibrant finish. We introduced our Mahongany cider (The-Dark-Cide(r)) in 2106 and it's counterpart ------ a wonderful Amber cider (The-Light-Cide(r)) on April Fools Day 2017. We are in the southern half of the city of Wilmington and are open Friday-Sundays. Come try our goods........"

Great Amber cider made with local Orange Blossom honey to raise the ABV to about 7.5%. Not a whimpy cider and very much a European style cider with Belgian influence. This is a very unique cider and is a European style cider with a Belgian inspired style. It is a mahogany colored cider that runs about 7.5% ABV and definitely not an American apple-soda type hard-cider. It has very different smokey, carmelly type flavors along with the apple notes and is worth a try for cider fans. Not on shelves yet, but hope to be in the next 6 months.
