Hangman from Branch
Beware The Hangman, it's soft and juicy and dangerously drinkable. Fleshy Hangdown apples from Bristol's Far Orchard offer up a beguiling, exotic, asian fruit flavour. Notes of lychee and Szechuan pepper, with bubblegum and cinnamon on the nose. Finished in an unfiltered, farmhouse style to capture the full complexity of the variety.
