cider as its supposed to be!! I don't know why, but you can tell the hand crafted ciders from all others, and this is one of the best. Whereas some of the fruit flavours become a bit sickly after a while, this you could happily drink all day. But at 8.2% my day wouldn't last very long

Dark golden colour, clear with light carbonation. Very light apple peel aroma with some oak. A little wood in the flavour. Smooth and easy drinking despite the percentage but unremarkable.

Somerset Vintage Cider. 2017 Vintage. “ Exquisite Medium Dry. Our cider makers Bob Chaplin and Bob Cork had a simple passion, to make a cider to surpass all others. Using only fresh juice from the finest quality English apples, they pressed and crafted an exquisite range of ciders, and disguised them as batch 417 at our cider mill to savour for their own enjoyment. The secret didn’t last long and word quickly spread just how special these ciders were. Here at Shepton Mallet Cider Mill we are now delighted to celebrate and share our range of Chaplin & Cork’s legendary ciders.” Produced by:- Chaplin & Cork’s, The Shepton Mallet Cider Mill, Kilver Street, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5ND. 500ml clear bottle. Alc 8.2% vol Contains sulphites.
