Bottle pour at Cider Summit Seattle 2015. This is the higher end line from 2 Towns which uses cider apples. Made from traditional French and English cider apples grown in Amity OR. Semi-sweet (but maybe it just came across that way? Iām guessing it would test drier). Rather plain, but wine-like with some honey notes.
