Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle. Bright yellow colour, with an aroma of sawdust and chalk. Rich, fruit flavour, with a buttery edge, becoming a little sappy and grassy in the aftertaste, before a lingering, chalky, mineral finish. Intriguing and complex, with ample evidence of its terroir, making a crisp, sophisticated fine cider for the dining table. With less gas this might have had 5 stars from me.

Light golden colour, clear and highly effervescent. Apple and sawdust aroma. Flavour tastes of grass and minerals. Smeels, tastes and feels like champagne. Buttery feel but so so fizzy. All I get is bubbles. Struggling to even sip at this.
