85% hopped cider + 15% rosé wine. At first I didn't really get the flavor combination, but it grew on me and I ended up liking it. Notes of green apple, hops, citrus, and hints of floral & non-specific fruitiness. Fully dry, but it drinks like a sweeter cider, probably due to those hints of floral & fruit, and as the acidity isn't super high.

An odd blend that works out OK but we wouldn’t seek again. Very light hoppiness lends a mild floral taste. Plenty of foam yields to mild carbonation.
