Apfel apple

Super clean and straight cider. The Austrians like it crisp and light. I really like it because it is different to British ciders. They have their own approach to cidermaking. Thumbs up!

330ml bottle from Pilango Cider Vault, London. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is tart apple, bittersweet, fruity, melon, gooseberry, white wine, acidic with some dryness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

taste mostly like water! I don't know if it is because i had a smoky one before but this one is really light. not sweet and kinda tasteless. ok to drink but nothing special
