The pour is a clear gold with light effervescence. The aroma is alcohol and orange blossom honey. The taste is sweet honey. I don’t get any apple in this cyser. The mouthfeel is full bodied. The finish is a little acidic but mostly sweet and the sweet lingers on the back of the tongue. Not my favorite. It’s definitely more mead than cider.
