Made from a blend of Gala dessert apes and Dabinett cider apples. Amber-coloured, and the aroma is quite fruity, but with a whiff of cider vinegar, and some wood tones. The flavour is sharp and bittersweet, with a somewhat sour, acidic aftertaste, with tannins and oak lingering in the finish This is robust enough to complement a strong cheese, such as a mature Cheddar or a Stilton. Pleasingly complex.

Crisp, medium dry cider, slightly carbonated, too dry and bubbly for me. A bit bittersweet for me.

Strong tasting cider with toffee apple flavour. By the end of the bottle the flavour was too bitter for me.
