Authentic Poire

I really love this Normandy cider. Nice funkiness in cider is definitely awesome. There is a sorta sweet in an Apple kind of way. Not syrupy. The astringency is slight and just enough to wake up your mouth.

This is delicious cider. Period. Fruity but not too sweet. Flavourful, sparkly, like a dry Martinelli's that is alcoholic.

A lovely cider for sipping along with a meal. Light and refreshing.

Straight up pear, no apples were harmed in the making of this cider. It tastes to me like a pear that has been slowly and gently baked. Since it's just pear, the cinnamon finish comes naturally.
