Dark golden colour, clear and with light fizz that borders on still.
Strong apple peel and calvados aroma.
Fresh and zingy apple flavour.

Drinking this again and it is now 4.1% rather than 5.5% last time.
It is a lot fizzier and although there is still calvados in the aroma it is much less prominent.
Still fresh but a bit less clean.
