Barryl Strawberry

The pour is a cloudy pale apricot with heavy carbonation (like I’m surprised they had it in a can versus a mini champagne bottle). The aroma is strawberry and floral with a note of sour. The taste is dry strawberry and tart. The carbonation adds some mouthfeel. The finish is tart and has a floral element but I also pick up what I’d describe as bread yeast and maybe a little sour at the very end. it’s a unique and complex cider.
