It has more sweetness than I prefer, but it’s not overly sweet either. I think if it had more tartness to balance it out I would like it more. The flavor is fruit forward and there is a light tartness on the front end. It finishes semi-sweet and fruity. I think this would be a great cider to introduce to someone that thinks cider is overly sweet. This would bring them closer to something dryer but still have that expected sweetness. Overall a very easy drinking cider. Probably not one I will seek out, but I wouldn’t turn it down.
