Yellow colour, clear with moderate fizz.
Strong eating apple aroma with a little wood.
Sharp cooking apple flavour with citrus.
Champagne yeast has been used and there is a wine like similarity.
Crisp & refreshing but a little too fizzy and acidic for my taste.
