Firstly I apologise for all the reviews arriving at once, but I,ve recently toured the West country of the UK, including Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall and sampled these ciders along the way. Beautiful cider from the Moles Brewery in Somerset. Crisp, fresh apple only taste with a subtle hint of slightly rotting wood. I know that sounds disgusting, but it's the only way I could describe the taste/aftertaste, its like the smell of a forest after heavy rain, damp, but wonderful

Served at the British club in Bangkok. A very light flavour perfectly suited for a hot thai night. With good fruit notes and a solid middle of the pack cider.
