Bone Dry

Clear light gold pour. Moderate carbonation. Moderate to strong apple aroma with some mineral presence. Taste is moderately tart with bold tannins. Lots of apple and mineral flavors backed by some light lemon and orchard notes. Thin bodied.

Very dry, as the name suggests. Aroma is somewhat bitter/earthy; taste is straight, ruthlessly dry. Very light carbonation. Flavor was quite intense on its own but played well off of a mildly spicy appetizer. Preferred this to Brooklyn Cider House Raw.
