The blueberry gives warm, almost mulled character to the flavor and there is a nice spicy under tone. I find this cider to be complex with very nice depth.

I can’t say I enjoyed this.... I needed it to be sweeter, or much dryer. Immediately I said that there was a “taste of barbecue sauce” that perhaps came from the roasting process?

Cloudy pinkish pour with a lot of carbonation. Moderate apple aroma with a hint of dried blueberries. Taste is semi-dry and moderately acidic with a slightly sharp apple taste with a hint of blueberries. Also, get a touch of wood flavor. Light bodied.
