Brooks Dry Cider

I'm not tasting a "Dry" cider here, and according to the label, it looks like it's backsweetened with apple juice. It's not overly sweet or overly "juicy" though; this is definitely cider, not apple juice. Overall it's a mild, unchallenging, drinkable cider.

Clear pale colored pour. Moderate carbonation. Light aroma of apple and sugar. Taste is lightly with a moderate apple flavor. Basic. Not dry...more semi-dry/semi-sweet.
