Brut

Mild and pleasant in the nose and taste. Moderate “champagne style” carbonation lightens the mouth feel. On the dry side for Normandy cider, which still leaves it somewhere between semi dry and semisweet.

Not as flavorful as many other French ciders, possibly as it was rather dry (on the drier side of semi-dry). Notes of bittersweet apple pomace, orange, and leather.

A unique French cider. Sweeter apple flavors upfront, then leaves much more tart and dry at the end.
