Carnival cider

Amber or dark straw colour no carbonation. Almost clear but for the slight haze. Mature apple aroma with slight funk. Rich apple flavours throughout with acidic and tannic hits in the mid and back end. Probably more of a medium dry than the medium advertised. Best cider I tried at the chepstow beer and cider festival.
