Cat's Tongue

Just like I remember old west country scrumpy being about 40 years ago. Quiet still and will not be to everyone's taste.

Cloudy, orange-brown cider, with a pungent, farmyard aroma, and tones of old leather. Light sediment in bottle. Dominated by funky flavours, with a mellow, tannic aftertaste. This is an old-fashioned, West Country cider, with a thick mouth feel. Probably an acquired taste, but I quite enjoyed it.

Turbid, dry cider, perceptible bubble. Strong flavour. Not a keeper in my fridge but that’s just me, from those Orchard Box folks.
