Well a cider of my town.
Straw coloured, flat, slightly hazy.
Nice apple aroma, hint of funk.
Some sourness and acidic hits making it a dry cider small amount of tartness.
Little tannins but not a massive.
Really plessent cider. Will work well in the summer or winter. Does remind me of classic old rosies a little.
