The pour is a a rosé with light carbonation. Aroma is fruity with cherry notes. The cider is off-dry with low acid. It has a light tart cherry flavor The mouthfeel is somewhat thin. The finish has a slight tartness. It’s refreshing and quite easy to drink. It is a nice tart cherry cider.
