Retails for $11 / 750ml, only sold in Minnesota. Made from 5 apple varieties (including Chestnut Crabapples), aged with toasted French oak spirals. Reminds me of farmhouse-style cider, as its dry, high-acid, citrus notes, with some sourness & funk. Notes of sharp crabapples, grapefruit, lemon, honey, and charred oak. Well-made but not really a style I enjoy.
