Cider Farmhouse

Moderately cloudy pale gold colored pour. Moderate to heavy carbonation. Moderate wild apple aroma with a nice barnyard element. Very nice funky wild apple taste that is dry, slightly acidic and tannic. Lots of earth, horse blanket and barnyard flavors and a solid mineral flavor. Medium bodied.

So dry and astringent that it made me wince. Doesn't have any apple-y goodness.
