Pale yellow in colour, and with a sour, slightly yeasty aroma.
The flavour is sweet and sour, the sourness of the apples being offset by the added sugar and sweeteners. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but it may be from the sweeteners!
The producer describes this as a "modern twist on the classic cider"; think I'll stick with tradition, on this showing ...
