The pour is a slightly hazy pale yellow with some carbonation. The aroma is slightly sour and phenolic. The taste is a tart sour apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with some astringency. The finish is acidic and sour but not overly. It has notes of many Spanish Sidra but is made from unique heritage apples of Portugal.
