Nicely drinkable Breton cider. Deep orangey gold colour, foamy white foam head that reduces to a thin layer, and aroma of juicy apple, caramel, wood. Taste is fruity apple, apples skins, bittersweet with caramel, woody and some tannins. Medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, semi-dry tangy appley finish. 750ml bottle bought from Paris supermarket near Gare du Nord.
