Imported by French Cider Inc. of Seattle WA. This cider was produced just outside of Paris, by a 5th generation cidermaker, with cider apples. The scent was the most complex of the three I tried from the importer at Cider Summit Seattle (La Chouette Cidre Demi-Sec and Pierre Huet Xidre Bouche Brut). Semi-dry. Citrus in addition to apple notes, and more. A hint of funk. Low to moderate tannins. Retails for $5-6 / 330ml bottle.
