The pour is a clear pale yellow with high carbonation. The aroma is a slightly phenolic and apple. The taste is medi dry apple. It has some tartness and Leather notes. The mouthfeel is medium to light. The finish is medium astringent and slightly bitter. It is very good., especially if you enjoy sparkling cider.
