750ml wired cork bottle from Real Cider Co stall at Bishop Auckland Food Festival 14Apr19. Opened with a pop. Orange golden colour, short-lived foamy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, spicy tannins, light funk. Taste is sweetish, woody, apple, funky, with some fleshy apple notes, orchardy, leathery, barnyard, vanilla hints, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart tannic finish. Very drinkable.
