I usually steer clear from French ciders because they tend to be too dry and astringent.This cider was a pleasent surprise for me. It is semi-sweet and very nice on the palate. Nice light fruit flavor with a finish that is not bitter. Thank god because I A Working On Being A Good Guest FOR My hosts.
