Cidre de Normandie Brut

The pour is a clear and slightly carbonated light amber/gold. The aroma is spicy apply juice. The taste is a semi-sweet slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel Is medium body with light astringency. The finish is a slightly acidic but not bitter apple. It is good.

750ml bottle from Carrefour, Gare to Nord, Paris. Deep golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, pear, sugary, woody. Taste is mellow fruity apple flesh, sweetish, with brown sugar, caramel, vanilla, wood notes, and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.
