The pour is a highly carbonated golden amber. The aroma is phenolic apple with hints of spices. The taste is a semi-dry slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel is rich full bodied and phenolic. The finish is astringent, slightly acidic, and spicy apple. It’s very good abd it’s organic! It’s well worth the trip out to the cidery.
