The pour is a clear gold with high effervescence. The aroma is phenolic and acetic. The taste is dry sour and tart. The mouthfeel is light to medium. The finish is bitter astringent and sour. It’s farmhouse. It’s not my favorite on the first drink or two but it gets better as you drink it.
