Light cinnamon aroma. Slightly hazy pour, which is expected as it’s unfiltered. Carbonation is light to medium. it has a very unusual taste and it’s not a fun unusual. You get cinnamon but it’s almost like a cinnamon gone bad. It has a sour and maybe vinegary aftertaste. Overall, I didn’t enjoy it and unfortunately, I can’t find a positive and I’m trying hard! I think they left it aging on the cinnamon too long.
