Moderate to heavy carbonated pour that produces a small white head that fades quickly. Clear golden pour. Moderate wild apple aroma. Taste has a lot of tannin presence, moderate to strong tartness and light citrus peel bitterness. Lot of apple and orchard flavor backed by orange rind. Medium bodied. Dry. Hint of caramel. Good amount of black tea and tannins in the finish.
