Cornouaille

A beautiful clear amber color, this pearling bubbly beaut from Manoir Kinkiz is footy on the nose with notes of barnyard and wet hay, but it’s also full of overripe apple and leather aromas. The front is a wave of juicy apple sweetness and gushing effervescence. This gives way to the more leathery flavors, which lead to the delicate soft tannic finish. This is a superb cider, another prime example of the quality of AOC/AOP French Cidres.

Beautiful golden hues pour. Moderate carbonation. Strong musty/barnyard aroma. Taste has a moderate to strong apple taste backed by more mustiness and earthiness. Also has a decent tannin presence. Light to medium bodied.
