The pour is a slightly hazy and medium carbonated gold. The aromas is slightly phenolic apple. The taste is an off-dry slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel is full bodied with moderate astringency. The finish is a medium acidic and dry apple. It has a herbaceous note to it but clean. It is good.
